Due to the evolving response to Covid-19, the Barking Gecko Café will be moving all food orders to take-away only so you are still able to enjoy our great tasting, locally sourced food. However we will no longer be accepting reusable coffee cups. We will also no longer be accepting cash at any of our terminals.
Conveniently located within Cleland Wildlife Park, the Barking Gecko Café serves light lunches and snacks with a seasonal menu and a variety of products sourced from the Adelaide Hills.
Enjoy a light lunch at the café or sit down for a hot meal, paired with fresh roasted coffee or a delicious glass of wine. Kids are also sorted, with a menu specifically designed to suit their taste buds!
On hot Adelaide days, it is always a little cooler in the Adelaide Hills – come down and enjoy the sunshine and in our leafy garden café.
The Barking Gecko also hosts birthday parties, corporate lunches or afternoon teas.
While you’re visiting, don’t forget to visit our friendly koalas or hold a reptile! Guided day tours are also available along with watching wildlife inhabitants get their daily feed.
